Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the complete order processing cycle and ensure smooth daily operations of our online business. This role is critical in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating with vendors and couriers, managing customer support, and generating operational reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both backend operations and customer communication.Key Responsibilities:Order Management

Download and process daily orders from the e-commerce platform.
Create and manage purchase orders based on incoming orders and stock requirements.
Coordinate with vendors to procure and receive products on time.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and dispatch readiness.

Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain real-time stock updates and inventory records.
Track stock levels and plan replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Reconcile physical stock with system inventory regularly.
Shipping & Logistics
Generate shipping labels and order labels.
Ensure timely pickup of orders by courier partners.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Handle return orders and coordinate reverse logistics.
Manage canceled orders and ensure proper system updates.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

Coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment, pricing, timelines, and quality checks.
Coordinate with the accountant for billing, purchase orders, payment records, and reconciliations.
Ensure documentation related to purchases, returns, and stock is maintained properly.

Customer Support

Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
Provide prompt and professional support via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
