Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, AJIO, Tata Cliq, etc.

Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes.

Update pricing, discounts, and promotions in coordination with internal teams.

Monitor and resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations within defined TATs.

Improve product visibility, rankings, and sales performance on marketplaces through best practices.

Track sales, inventory, and performance metrics; generate reports and insights.

Use data-driven analysis to optimize listings, pricing strategies, and overall ecommerce performance.

Raise and manage claims, disputes, and reconciliation issues with marketplace partners.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, marketing, and customer support) for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines.
