Responsibilities:

Handling marketing and sales through e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc in India and abroad, expanding the product range online, maintaining and improving listings, fixing errors, interacting with account managers, handling customer queries and boosting sales.

Managing correct and updated catalog listing and product uploads on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart
Manage key accounts to ensure increased sales as per targets
Compare prices and products from competitive brands
Having an analytical approach to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and sales analysis
Launching promotional offers on behalf of company for brand promotion
Follow up with courier partners for issues such as product deliveries, stop deliveries, RTOs, Re-shipping returned Orders
Handling pending orders, assigning to couriers, follow-up with production & delivery, customer & merchant relationship management
Preparing daily Sales Report and Profitability Report
Communicate findings, solutions and best practices to drive growth
Maintaining good account health in the different market place.
Evaluate additional eCommerce channels, and determine market potential for new distribution channels
Planning per season by account to maximizes all sales opportunities
Nurturing new and existing accounts seasonally
Payment reconciliation
