Package & Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and log incoming and outgoing packages and daily mail. Ensure they reach the correct recipients or courier routes.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward a multi-line telephone system. Respond to customer inquiries regarding courier rates, tracking, and delivery schedules.
Coordination: Dispatch teams to ensure smooth courier pickups and deliveries.
Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, file documents, and manage courier receipts.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable, and maintain an inventory of office and dispatch supplies.
