What You’ll Do

Check and manage daily ecommerce orders on the computer
Process and verify customer orders
Data entry and reports in Excel / Google Sheets
Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate packaging
Manage backend operations smoothly and efficiently
Coordinate with courier and warehouse teams
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
Help improve operational systems as the company scales
