Job Description

Handle end-to-end store operations, including inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables, ensuring proper documentation and storage.

2. Maintain accurate inventory and operational data in Excel/ERP systems, including GRNs, issues, returns, and stock registers.

3. Perform daily data entry and record maintenance with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

4. Assist in physical stock verification and reconcile variances between physical and system stock.

5. Prepare and update basic MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, dispatches, and operational support.

6. Coordinate with production and procurement, and admin teams to ensure material availability and data consistency.

7. Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, challans, and store records.

8. Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and internal controls at all times.

9. Calculate and define Takt Time based on customer demand and available production time

10. Conduct basic market and material research to identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors, including capability assessment, commercial analysis, trials, and onboarding to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity
