Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are leading retail brand committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences both in-store and online. We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team and grow with us in the digital retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

• Coordinate with internal teams for product details, pricing, images, and descriptions.

• Support the execution of promotional campaigns and discounts on online platforms.

• Monitor online listings for accuracy, availability, and customer reviews.

• Assist with inventory coordination between warehouses and platforms.

• Generate and analyze basic sales and performance reports.

• Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and competitor activities.

• Support customer service efforts by addressing order and delivery queries, returns, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
