Job Summary
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online sales operations across marketplaces and our website. The candidate will be responsible for orders, product listings, inventory, returns, reports, and coordination with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and company website.
Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs and inventory.
Monitor and process daily online orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor cancellations, returns, RTOs, refunds and replacements.
Maintain accurate inventory across all online platforms.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operations reports.
Monitor marketplace issues, inactive listings and account health.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist with offers, discounts and promotional activities.
Track sales, orders, revenue, returns and SKU performance.
Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Support and Accounts teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of orders, inventory, returns, RTO and marketplace operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in FMCG, Food, Dairy or D2C will be an added advantage.
