*Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive*

*Location:* Kanjhawala, Delhi

*Job Type:* Full-time / Part-time

*Work Mode:* On-site

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. You’ll handle order processing, inventory, customer queries, and coordination with delivery partners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Daily order processing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website

- Inventory management & stock updates

- Packing, labeling & dispatch coordination

- Return/refund & RTO cases handle karna

- Customer queries via calls, WhatsApp & email resolve karna

- Maintain sales, stock & expense records in Excel/Google Sheets

- Coordinate with delivery partners & vendors

*Requirements:*

- Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email

- Hindi & English me communication

- E-commerce platforms ka basic understanding preferred

- Fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain, training di jayegi

- Kanjhawala ya nearby rehne wale candidates ko preference

*Timings:* 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
