Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales for personal care products. The role includes handling marketplace operations, product listings, brand visibility, inventory coordination, customer experience, and performance analysis specifically suited to personal care, beauty, grooming, and wellness product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Operations

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, and other beauty/personal care platforms.

• Oversee daily tasks such as listing updates, pricing changes, order processing, promotions, and account health.

2. Product Listing & Content Optimization

• Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, ingredients, usage directions, and claims.

• Coordinate for high-quality images, infographics, before-after visuals, and keyword-rich content relevant to personal care products.

• Ensure all listings follow compliance guidelines for cosmetics/personal care items.

3. Inventory & Order Coordination

• Monitor stock levels to avoid OOS (Out of Stock) situations.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for on-time dispatch and returns management.

• Ensure correct packaging quality to maintain product safety.

4. Brand Visibility & Sales Growth

• Plan and execute marketplace ads, offers, coupons, and deals to boost visibility.

• Track competitor products, pricing, reviews, and trends in personal care & beauty category.

• Work on improving product ratings and customer feedback.

5. Performance Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, ads performance, and listing health.

• Analyze category trends and buyer behavior to support product development and marketing strategies.

6. Customer Experience Management

• Respond to customer queries, escalations, and reviews on marketplaces.

• Manage return/replacement cases with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

• Track issues such as product leakage, breakage, or expiry concerns and coordinate resolutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in personal care, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.

• Strong understanding of category guidelines for personal care products (ingredients, compliance, packaging, claims, MRP).

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Panel, etc.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams (design, warehouse, marketing).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
