Ecommerce Operations Executive

• Manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc., and the company’s website.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment.

• Monitor daily sales, returns, and stock levels.

• Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.

• Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

• Track platform performance analytics and generate reports to analyze sales trends.

• Manage customer queries, reviews, and complaints with prompt resolutions.

• Maintain updated knowledge of e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

• Collaborate with design and content teams for banners, creatives, and social media.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.

• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)

• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
