Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and enhance our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing digital marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

• Implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and ranking.

• Monitor and analyze website and sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

• Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, offers, and ad placements.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to drive traffic and conversion rates.

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.

• Generate reports on sales performance and suggest actionable improvements.
