Job Title: Website Listing and Order Fulfillment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate product listings on company website and e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho , Ajio etc.).

2. Process and fulfill online orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

3. Collaborate with logistics team to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.

4. Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on website and portals.

5. Respond to customer queries related to orders, listings, and product information.

6. Analyze listing performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce website listing and order fulfillment.

2. Good knowledge of Excel, data management, and analysis.

3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines..
