Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan):

Product Listing & Cataloging: Amazon, Flipkart, aur hamari website (Shopify/WooCommerce) par products ko sahi details, images aur SEO-friendly keywords ke sath list karna.
Inventory Management: Stock levels ko track karna aur ensure karna ki products hamesha "In Stock" rahein.
Order Processing: Daily orders ko check karna, pack karwana aur time par dispatch karwana.
Pricing & Discounts: Competitors ko analyze karke pricing strategy banana aur platform par coupons/discounts manage karna.
Returns & Claims: Returns (RTO) ko track karna aur damaged/missing items ke liye marketplaces par claims file karna.
Customer Support: Customers ke sawalon aur reviews ka jaldi aur acche se jawab dena.
Basic Advertisement: Amazon/Flipkart par basic PPC campaigns chalana aur sales report taiyar karna.
