We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales across multiple marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring smooth order processing, optimized product listings, customer satisfaction, and continuous sales growth.
This role is performance-driven, with attractive incentives based on achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Instamart and other marketplaces.
Upload and optimize product listings.
Update pricing, offers, discounts, and inventory.
Create new product listings and variations.
Website Management
Manage products on the company website.
Update banners, promotions, and product content.
Ensure website products and inventory remain updated.
Sales Growth
Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales.
Analyze competitors' pricing and promotions.
Improve product rankings through SEO optimization.
Plan festive and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
Order & Inventory Management
Monitor daily orders.
Coordinate packing and dispatch.
Ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory across all platforms.
Prevent stock-outs and overselling.
Customer Service
Handle customer queries.
Resolve complaints.
Manage returns, replacements, and refunds.
Maintain high seller ratings.
Advertising & Promotions
Run and optimize marketplace ads.
Monitor campaign performance.
Improve ROAS and conversion rates.
Suggest new promotional ideas.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including:

Advertising Spend
