📋 Key Responsibilities:

📦 Order Processing: Manage incoming orders via platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others using the backend system.

🔁 Returns Management & Claims Filing: Handle customer return cases, initiate return processes, and file reimbursement or damage claims.

📦 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels; update inventory in system daily.

📑 Order & Payment Reconciliation: Match shipped orders with payments received; reconcile with platform reports.

👥 Packing Staff Supervision: Oversee packing team to ensure timely, safe, and correct packaging.

🚚 Shipment Tracking: Track courier shipments; handle escalations or delays with logistics providers.

🤝 Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding stock, invoices, and delivery timelines.

📊 Basic Accounting Assistance: Assist in recording expenses, invoices, and monthly summaries.

📈 Reporting: Maintain basic Excel sheets for order logs, returns, stock reports, etc.

🧑‍💼 Assistant to Operations Head: Provide day-to-day support to the department head; follow instructions and report updates.

✅ Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and general computer use

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn eCommerce platforms and tools

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Prior experience in warehouse, eCommerce, or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory

Ability to manage small team of packing staff and ensure daily workflow
