Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on marketplaces

• Update product details, pricing, stock levels, and catalog accuracy.

• Handle order processing, packing coordination, and dispatch follow-ups.

• Monitor order status, returns, replacements, and customer escalations.

• Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and vendors.

• Track inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

• Analyze daily sales reports, marketplace dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

• Assist in online promotions, deals, and campaign setups.

• Maintain accurate documentation and database records.
