Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant E-Commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. This role will assist in managing product listings, order processing, content updates, customer experience, and coordination with internal teams and external partners (such as marketplaces Amazon & Flipkart ). The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, organized, and has a strong interest in online retail and e-commerce trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management:
o Upload and update A+ Content product listings (images, descriptions, prices, specifications) on e-commerce platforms ( Amazon & Flipkart ).
o Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all online platforms.
• Order Processing & Coordination:
o Monitor online orders and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
o Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Monitoring:
o Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
• Marketplace Management:
o Assist in maintaining listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
o Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and handle basic issue resolutions.
• Customer Service Support:
o Assist in responding to customer queries, reviews, and ratings.
o Help manage return/refund cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or marketplace portals.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, image editing tools (e.g., Canva /Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
