Job Description

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify and other online marketplaces.

  • Handle product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and product attributes.

  • Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

  • Track inventory and ensure product availability across all online channels.

  • Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and product visibility.

  • Identify issues in listings, orders, payments, or inventory and resolve them promptly.

  • Assist in implementing promotional offers, discounts, and online campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, returns, inventory, and overall e-commerce performance.

  • Stay updated with marketplace trends and suggest ways to improve online sales and customer experience.
