E-commerce Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent knowledge of computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces (uploading, updating, optimizing content).

• Handle inventory updates, order processing, returns, and cancellations.

• Monitor and analyze daily sales, pricing, and stock reports.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on e-commerce platforms.

• Maintain high seller ratings and manage customer feedback and queries.

• Identify and resolve any issues related to listings, shipping delays, or payment settlements.

• Generate and analyze performance reports to support growth strategies.

• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, email, and reporting tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
