Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Listing Executive to manage product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and maintaining product catalogs on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage product listings on:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- JioMart
- Snapdeal
- Other marketplaces
Upload new products, images, descriptions, and attributes.
Perform listing optimization using relevant keywords.
Create parent-child variations and bulk listings.
Fix listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.
Coordinate with sellers and internal teams for product information.
Update pricing, inventory, and product details regularly.
Monitor listing quality and marketplace compliance.
Conduct competitor and keyword research to improve visibility.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Product Listing.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc.
Experience with bulk uploads and catalog management.
Good understanding of SEO for marketplace listings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Experience handling multiple seller accounts.
Knowledge of category approval, brand approval, and listing troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
