Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Type and format documents in Marathi and English.
Prepare and edit official documents, letters, reports, and forms.
Ensure error-free typing with proper grammar and formatting.
Convert scanned/PDF documents into editable formats.
Handle printing, scanning, and document management.
Maintain confidentiality of official documents.
Complete assigned work within deadlines.

Required Qualifications

HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Marathi Typing Certification – Mandatory (30 WPM)
English Typing Certification – Mandatory (30 WPM)
Government-recognized typing certificates preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent Marathi & English typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Experience with PageMaker, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
Good formatting and document management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Attention to detail and time management.

Experience

0–2 years (Freshers with mandatory typing certificates can also apply.)

Preferred Typing Speed

Marathi: 30 WPM or above
English: 40 WPM or above
