Documentation:
Prepare, update, and maintain employee files and master database.
Handle appointment letters, ID cards, bank account forms, and joining documentation.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Track pending documents (e.g., ID proof, educational certificates, medical reports) and follow up with candidates/employees.
Provide documentation support during HR audits.
Recruitment:
Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Multi-tasking and time management.
