We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Meeting Documentation Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong listening and writing skills who can accurately capture discussions and convert them into clear, structured documentation.
The position is strictly focused on meeting documentation and record-keeping, with no involvement in coordination, follow-ups, or stakeholder communication.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting Documentation
Attend internal meetings virtually (Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams)
Capture accurate and detailed notes during discussions
Prepare well-structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
2. Meeting Summary Preparation
Create concise summaries including:
Meeting agenda
Key discussion points
Decisions taken
Action items identified
3. MoM Distribution
Share finalized MoM and summaries with relevant stakeholders
Ensure clarity, structure, and professional formatting in all documents
4. Documentation Management
Maintain a centralized record of all meetings attended
Organize and store documents systematically in designated repositories
Ensure proper version control and easy retrieval

⚠️ Role Scope Clarification
This role is strictly limited to documentation. The selected candidate will NOT:
Actively participate in meetings or contribute to discussions
Follow up on action items or track progress
Coordinate with stakeholders
Manage projects, timelines, or deliverables

Good typing speed

Ability to structure and summarize information clearly
