Opening: EDI FILING EXECUTIVE (Electronic Data Interchange)

Role Description

 Documentation and data exchange: Prepare, submit, and manage import/export documentation, including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, and packing lists through customs systems like ICEGATE.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparing All Import & Export documents (Air and Sea)

  • EDI filling B/E & S/B. (TKD, AIRPORT, CFS, DADRI)

  • Tracking of all import & Export shipments from shipping line & Air Lines

  • Responsible for filing Bill of Entry (BOE) through ICEGATE, E Sanchit

Knowledge

• Proficiency in customs portals (e.g., ICEGATE in India).

• Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs      documentation, incoterms and logistical software.
