Designation: Audit Assistant / Accounts Executive — Bank Audit

FRESHERS ARE PREFERRED,
SALARY 8000-12000 PM
WILL BE DEPLOYED AT PRIVATE BANK in DADAR/WORLI/SURROUNDING AREA
About the Role
A reputed Chartered Accountancy firm with banking sector audit assignments is looking for a bright, presentable and detail-oriented fresher or junior professional to join their Bank Audit team. The candidate will be deployed at client locations in Dadar / Worli and surrounding areas for audit assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in statutory and concurrent bank audits under the supervision of senior CAs
- Verify and scrutinise bank transactions, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents
- Assist in Forex audit — verify foreign exchange transactions, remittances, FEMA
- compliance entries and related documentation
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, schedules and checklists accurately
- Compile and organise data in MS Excel for audit reports and findings
- Co-ordinate with bank branch staff for required documents and information
- Assist in preparing draft audit reports and management letters
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all client locations Key Skills Required
Strong proficiency in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas — mandatory
Basic understanding of accounting principles and banking transactions
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Good communication skills — written and verbal
Presentable appearance and professional conduct at client premises
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Com (Graduate or Final Year) | CA Foundation / Inter candidates welcome
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Knowledge of bank audit, forex or FEMA basics will be a strong advantage
Must be comfortable travelling to Dadar / Worli area for client deployments
Freshers with strong Excel skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Timing - 10 to 6 PM
2nd and 4th Saturday off
Location - Dadar/Worli (Nearby surrounding areas) on Client Places
