KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing the report based on verifying the documents and site notes given by the site inspector. Prepare 3 reports per day.

Verify the encumbrance certificate and revenue.

Annexures printout.

Check the land and building approvals.

Identification of the property by using landuse map of CMDA & DTCP.

Take correct formate and prepare the report in a correct way.

If any discrepancy is identified in the property, will mention the problem in detail.
