· Daily operations on GeM Portal, including product uploading, updating, and Authorisation to clients.
· End-to-end vendor registration processes on GeM, eProcurement, and other government tender platforms.
· Experience of working with Buyers like MOD, State policies and other Central and state departments.
· Gem Vendor Assessment all process knowledge.
· Updating delivery dispatch, eway bill on Gem Portal details
· Preparation and handling of all tender documentation, including authorisations, certifications, annexures, and compliance papers.
· Conducting L1 price comparisons, quotations, and bid submissions.
· Coordinating with clients for tie-ups, authorisation letters, and product listings.
· Active involvement in eProcurement platforms of various government departments
· Maintenance of proper records, MIS, and tender follow-ups.
· Working closely with management for documentation & tender planning.
· Expert of online searching the tenders of relevent categories.
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of GeM portal & eProcurement processes
· Proficiency in MS Office, PDF editing, and government documentation
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to handle confidential data and work under deadlines.
