The Documentation Assistant supports the creation, organization, maintenance, and distribution of accurate and up-to-date documentation. This role ensures that documents comply with internal standards and external regulations, are well-structured, and are easily accessible to stakeholders.
Assist in drafting, editing, formatting, and proofreading documents such as SOPs, manuals, policies, reports, and technical guides.
Maintain document version control, numbering, and approval workflows.
Organize and archive documents in document management systems or shared repositories.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information and clarify content.
Ensure documentation adheres to style guides, templates, and compliance requirements.
Track document review cycles and follow up on approvals and revisions.
Support audits and inspections by retrieving and preparing required documentation.
Update documents based on process changes, feedback, or regulatory updates.
Bachelor’s degree (compulsory).
0–3 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools.
Experience with technical, quality, or regulatory documentation.
Familiarity with document control systems.
Basic understanding of compliance standards.
