Job Summary

We are looking for a Documentation Executive with hands-on experience in export-import documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, coordinating, and maintaining all trade-related documents while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Export & Import Documentation

• Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin.

• Handle import documentation including Bill of Entry and invoice verification.

• Assist with EBRC documentation and follow-ups.

• Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation records.

• Update shipment and documentation status reports.

• Support audits and internal reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of EXIM documentation and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
