Documentation Executive
Accurately type and format legal documents, including letters, contracts, affidavits, pleadings, and reports
Proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy
Transcribe dictations, handwritten notes, or audio recordings
Manage schedules, appointments, and court dates
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain files, both physical and electronic, in an organized manner
Assist with document filing, scanning, and copying
Track deadlines and remind attorneys of important tasks
Administrative Support
Prepare meeting materials and take notes when required
Assist with basic office administration and record keeping
Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times
English & Tamil typing knowledge
English shorthand preferred.
