We are looking for a Document Verification Executive to join our team. The role involves checking and verifying personal, financial, or official documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with good organizational and computer skills.
Review documents such as ID proofs, address proofs, educational certificates, financial records, etc.
Ensure the documents meet company or regulatory requirements.
Accurately update verified details in the system or database.
Identify and escalate any mismatches, fraudulent or invalid documents.
Communicate with clients/customers for clarification or additional documents.
Maintain data privacy and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Assist in record keeping and digital document archiving.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers, scanning, and document handling.
Typing skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience (preferred, but not mandatory for fresher roles).
