We are hiring a Document Verification Executive who will be responsible for reviewing and validating documents to ensure authenticity and accuracy. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Examine and verify identity, address, education, or financial documents.
Ensure all submitted documents meet company and regulatory standards.
Flag and report incomplete, fraudulent, or mismatched documents.
Coordinate with internal teams or clients to gather missing information.
Enter verified data accurately into the system or database.
Maintain confidentiality of customer/client documents.
Assist in auditing or compliance processes when required.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass .
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Good written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
Fresher can apply; experience in back-office or admin roles is a plus.
