Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Verify the accuracy of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents with data inputs.

·       Ensure all KYC proofs are compliant with regulatory standards.

·       Maintain high standards of data quality.

·       Organize and manage all proof/documents within the software system.

·       Conduct telephonic verification with customers prior to sanctioning.

·       Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
