Key Responsibilities:
Verify and authenticate documents submitted by customers, candidates, or clients.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Conduct background and reference checks when required.
Identify discrepancies, fraudulent information, or missing documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for document validation.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Prepare verification reports and maintain documentation logs.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Resolve document-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
