We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy of documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and validate customer/candidate documents for accuracy and authenticity.
Review KYC, ID proofs, educational and employment documents.
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
Prepare verification reports and update internal systems.
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
