Role:
A Document Verification Executive is responsible for checking, validating, and maintaining important documents to ensure they are accurate, genuine, and complete according to company or legal requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Review and verify customer or employee documents (ID proof, address proof, certificates, forms, etc.).
• Check documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.
• Compare information with company records or databases.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or fake documents and report issues.
• Maintain proper records and documentation files (physical or digital).
• Coordinate with clients, departments, or authorities for corrections or updates.
• Follow company policies, compliance rules, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills:
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer operations, and data entry.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good communication skills.
Qualification:
• Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
• Experience in data entry, back office, or verification work is a plus.
Average Salary in India:
• Fresher: ₹ 18,500 – ₹25,500 per month
• Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
