We Are Hiring – Documentation Executive (0–1 Year Experience)

Job Title: Documentation Executive
Experience: 0–1 Year
Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Scanning all office-related documents and saving them in the designated folder locations

Uploading scanned documents to ERP
Maintaining records of missing documents
Following up with the respective Branch / Department / Account Holder for missing or pending documents
Sending daily reports
Maintaining records of hard copy files with file numbers and storage locations

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
