Job Duties & Responsibilities
Create awareness among patients regarding reimbursement claim submission processes, including pre- and post-hospitalization claims.
Handle patient grievances and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating matters to the Team Leader when required.
Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies/TPAs to track claim status and update the same in the ERP system.
Ensure timely responses to patient communications and provide regular updates through the designated WhatsApp group.
Obtain insurance admissibility details from the respective insurance companies/TPAs.
Scan medical documents received for claim submission.
Share the relevant documents in the patients’ WhatsApp group for confirmation and reference.
Upload all required documents accurately into the ERP system.

Graduation
Should have good listening skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Should have good comprehensive skills.
Experience
Freshers/ experience (hiring for both)
