Job Title: Cargo Scanning Executive – Warehouse Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as Cargo Scanning Executives. You will be responsible for scanning, verifying, and handling packages and cargo to ensure smooth logistics operations. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a readiness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Use handheld scanners to scan barcodes on incoming and outgoing cargo

Verify product details against inventory and dispatch records

Sort, label, and place cargo in designated areas within the warehouse

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of scanned items

Identify and report any damaged or missing items

Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for smooth flow of operations

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the scanning area

Follow all shift schedules including night, early morning, and weekend shifts

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass; higher secondary or diploma preferred

Basic knowledge of barcode scanners or warehouse tech is an advantage

Physically fit and able to lift/move cargo as needed

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not mandatory

Local candidates or those nearby Kuthambakkam preferred
