Role: Dispatching Officer

Location: Chennai – Thiruvanmiyur (Work From Office)

We are a fast-growing Legal-Tech company looking for dedicated individuals to support our
operations and logistics functions.

Objective:

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to
manage dispatch operations efficiently. The role requires working closely with warehouse,
logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual to be part of JustAct’s operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch activities
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and delivery teams
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices and delivery challans
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and update internal systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations
• Experience in handling dispatch processes, documentation, and coordination with vendors is preferred
