We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive revenue growth. This role plays a key part in coordinating sales activities, managing customer and internal communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead to close.
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices
Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system
Coordinate communication between sales, finance, operations, and customers
Track sales performance, generate reports, and assist with forecasting
Schedule sales meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items
Handle customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
