Job Title: Back Office Executive – Stock & Dispatch
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Back Office Executive to manage stock records, inventory movement, and dispatch-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory updates.
- Manage stock Inward and Outward entries.
- Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate stock data.
- Coordinate with store staff for stock movement and dispatch.
- Assist in arranging and transferring stock to retail stores.
- Help ensure the timely delivery of stock to respective stores.
- Maintain proper coordination between the warehouse and retail stores.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Experience in stock management, inventory, or dispatch will be preferred.
- Freshers with basic computer knowledge may also apply.
