Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Watch Your Health I. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Design, schedule, and monitor WhatsApp broadcasts, automated messaging workflows, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Segment customer data using advanced MS Excel to create targeted marketing campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze key performance metrics such as message delivery, open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and ROI.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies, content, and execution plans.

• Create and maintain standardized communication templates while ensuring brand consistency.

• Respond to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all campaigns comply with WhatsApp Business policies and applicable data privacy regulations.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business Platform and API-based marketing tools.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:

  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

  • Pivot Tables

  • Conditional Formatting

  • Data Validation

  • IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF functions

  • Charts, Dashboards, and Data Analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience working with CRM platforms.

• Knowledge of email marketing, customer engagement platforms, or other digital marketing channels will be an advantage.
