Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Implementation Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing operational processes. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth process rollout, and driving efficiency and compliance across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement business processes in line with defined SOPs and organizational requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth process transition and implementation
Monitor process performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, process flows, and documentation
Support process migration, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Track KPIs and prepare MIS and performance reports
Assist in audits, reviews, and management reporting
Provide training and support to team members during process rollout
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of process implementation and operational workflows
Experience in handling end-to-end processes
Knowledge of SOP creation, process mapping, and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
Good communication and coordination skills
