Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse daily operational and performance data.

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Lead, guide, and support the data/operations team.

• Ensure accuracy & timely completion of data tasks.

• Coordinate with management for planning, tracking, and process improvement.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are achieved.

• Maintain documentation and ensure data quality & compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or team handling.

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
