The Data Processor is responsible for collecting, entering, cleaning, validating, and maintaining data in company systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. The role supports business operations, analytics, and reporting by ensuring that data is processed efficiently and securely according to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Collect, input, and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Validate and verify data integrity to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Process large datasets efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
Perform data cleaning, formatting, and transformation for analysis or reporting.
Generate and maintain reports, logs, and documentation related to data activities.
Adhere to data privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
Support automation or process improvement initiatives to enhance data workflows.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
