Key Responsibilities

• Clean, format, and upload tabular/structured data across portals

• Maintain, organize, and update Excel/Word/Markdown/HTML documents

• Ensure data consistency across platforms and coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Assist in basic content management system (CMS) and technical operations

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel formulas, Word formatting, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of file formats: PDF, Docx, HTML, Markdown

• Good typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to follow SOPs and meet delivery timelines

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
