Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, basic and intermediate formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation.

• Knowledge of barcode generation and usage for data tracking.

• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Word.

2. MIS (Management Information System) Reporting

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating MIS reports as required by management.

• Ability to compile data from multiple sources and present it in a clear, understandable format.

• Ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with organizational reporting standards.

3. Familiarity with AI Tools and Automation

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other advanced applications to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Ability to apply AI tools for quick data insights, report automation, and drafting business content.

4. Data Maintenance & Database Management

• Maintaining accurate and updated records in databases or spreadsheets.

• Ensuring data is organized, error-free, and easily accessible for analysis and reporting.

5. Daily Reporting Activities

• Preparing and sharing daily operational reports, dashboards, and summaries.

• Monitoring daily data input/output and ensuring the smooth flow of information.

6. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

• Providing basic insights to support decision-making.

• Assisting in process improvement through data-driven observations.

Experience

• Suitable for Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in data operations, MIS, or data analysis roles.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
