Job Title: Data Operator – E-Commerce Database Preparation

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operator to prepare, organize, and maintain accurate e-commerce databases. The role focuses on data cleaning, structuring, validation, and quality assurance to support catalog, pricing, inventory, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize raw data from internal teams, suppliers, and external sources.

• Clean, structure, and validate datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Maintain master databases for products, SKUs, attributes, pricing, and inventory.

• Identify and correct missing fields, incorrect values, and data inconsistencies.

• Standardize product attributes, naming formats, categories, and taxonomy.

• Perform regular data audits and quality checks.

• Generate datasets required by catalog, marketing, pricing, and analytics teams.

• Maintain documentation of data processes and version histories.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or data operations.

• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text Functions.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

• Experience handling sensitive or confidential data responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce data: SKUs, attributes, categories, taxonomy.

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM systems.

• Prior experience as an E-Commerce Data Operator is a plus.
